EXP Music Lineup – 7.28.08

Last night was one of the most awesome worship experiences I have had during our times together at EXP.  I felt God moving before you all even arrived.  The Holy Spirit was hovering, ready to move in the hearts of those who were ready.  I am so glad so many of us were ready for His movement.  Praise God, the one and only one who is worthy of our praise.

Melchizedek

July 1, 2008

I discussed Melchizedek briefly in my sermon last Saturday. I shared that one view concerning Melchizedek is that he was a pre-incarnate Son of God. Several passages that support that view are Hebrews 7:3, 7:17, 5:16, 7:15, and 7:2.
However, another view is also prominent. This view states that Melchizedek was a real person, not pre-existent or divine. A good article explaining this view is on the Let Us Reason Ministries website. To read the article go to http://www.letusreason.org/Doct16.htm
